Parents
are totally unreasonable. they blow everything out of proportion. they never understand. they always over react. they don't ever see your side of the story. they don't believe the world has changed, that anything has changed, since they were a kid. they don't wanna face the fact that kids grow up, become independent and make their own choices. parents just don't get kids. at least mine don't get me. idk how it is for everyone else but right now, my parents are crazy. it's not even funny. i could go on and on about them. ugh. forget it. whatever. bye.

ReplyDeleteThe funny thing is one day you will be a parent and your kids will say the same thing about you. Your parents really do understand you even though they may not seem like it. The truth is they understand all to well and that is often the reason why they make the decisions that they do. Times may change, but the realities of being a teenager never does, and your folks no that. Do that always make the right decision, no. They know that, but 90% of the time they do get it right. But if you are true with yourself in most cases, the teen is usually the unreasonable one. You are just to frustrated at the situation to see it
ReplyDeleteOne peace of advice. If you start to think about what mom and dad would think before you act, you could save yourself a lot of trouble.
I know I may sound like the old fuddy duddy, but one day you will know that I am right. But if may be a while. :)
